This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while focusing on family-centered practices. You will be an integral part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team made up of professionals dedicated to comprehensive care for children and families. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to identify their individual needs and developmental milestones.
• Play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), collaborating closely with families and team members to establish tailored goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting services and strategies based on ongoing assessments and family feedback.
• Provide essential coaching and support to families, sharing evidence-based practices that encourage healthy development in natural learning environments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations to maintain the highest standards of care and safety for clients and staff alike.
• Draw on interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families, creating a nurturing atmosphere for learning and development.

The LCSW will focus on providing support primarily to infants and toddlers who are experiencing a range of developmental challenges. This role will involve engaging with families from diverse backgrounds, often facing adversity, and providing them with the tools and resources they need to foster their child’s growth. By employing a family-centric model, you will enhance the parents’ confidence and skills in supporting their child's development, leading to a more positive impact on overall family dynamics.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to utilizing the Natural Learning Environment Practices and an understanding of diverse learning styles.

• At least one year of experience in early intervention or directly working with children who have developmental delays or disabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing early intervention strategies and family support.
