Job Description
Remote - CO/UT/ID
Must have a valid driver's license for local travel to customer accounts assigned within the territory.
We're looking for a motivated Account Executive to grow our Parcel Locker business within an assigned multi-family territory. In this role, you'll develop account strategies, build strong customer relationships, and deliver solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, including senior leaders
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new and existing business
  • Identify and overcome barriers to growth within your territory
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent customer experience
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Track and forecast sales activity using CRM tools
  • Travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
  • Experience managing a territory and working independently
  • Ability to close complex sales opportunities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Property management or multi-family industry experience is a plus
