• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify a client’s specific mental health needs, using standardized tools and methodologies tailored to diverse populations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, ensuring adaptability to each client's unique situation and preferences.
• Engage clients in goal-setting and collaborate actively throughout the therapeutic process to promote consistent progress and facilitate positive outcomes.
• Utilize a holistic approach, employing various therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation for each therapy session, including client progress notes, treatment modifications, and outcomes, adhering to our organization’s standards and compliance regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance your practice and share best practices within our therapeutic community.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients through virtual channels, ensuring a warm and engaging therapeutic experience.
• Exemplary skills in empathy and active listening, allowing you to build deep connections and provide meaningful support to clients facing challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle a caseload while ensuring timely documentation and follow-ups.

• Experience in providing remote therapy sessions utilizing telehealth platforms, with proficiency in using secure video and messaging tools.
• Previous work experience in a collaborative therapeutic setting is advantageous, as it prepares candidates for the shared learning environment we foster.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and an understanding of the complexities associated with mental health treatment.

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience.
