About the Job:  

Arcoro is looking to add an Integrations Implementation Consultant who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and enjoys bringing systems together to solve real business challenges. 

In this role, you will lead the implementation of Arcoro integrations, ensuring customers can successfully connect our platform with their existing ERP, payroll, and third-party systems. You'll partner closely with customers to guide them through the integration process-from setup and testing through validation and go-live-ensuring a smooth and successful experience. 

Common integrations include ERP and payroll systems such as Sage, Vista, Spectrum, CMiC, and other third-party platforms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with customers to design, configure, and implement Arcoro integrations  
  • Prepare Arcoro systems for integration with external platforms (ERP, payroll, third-party tools)  
  • Test and troubleshoot integrations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance  
  • Guide customers through data validation and ensure data integrity throughout the process  
  • Document integration processes, testing steps, and troubleshooting procedures  
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers on integration functionality  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Implementation, Product, Engineering) to deliver successful outcomes  
  • Own integration delivery from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time with strong customer outcomes 

Competencies/Skills:  

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, databases, and data structures, with the ability to apply them in real-world integration scenarios  
  • Implementation & Project Ownership: Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects, balancing timelines, risks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment  
  • Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders  
  • Problem Solving: Skilled at diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and partner with Product on enhancements  
  • Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and ensure accuracy throughout the integration lifecycle  
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Implementation, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to drive successful outcomes  
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience, with a focus on long-term success and satisfaction 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with APIs, JSON, databases, and integration tools  
  • Familiarity with web services and integration frameworks  
  • Experience with Python  
  • Experience with tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Visual Studio Code  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Experience working in SaaS or web-based applications  
  • 2+ years of Technical Support experience 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

Salary Range:

$80,000-$100,000 DOE
