• Conduct ethical, client-centered mental health counseling sessions through video consultations.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and stress management. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of one of the following full and independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean professional history without any disciplinary actions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for therapy sessions and administrative tasks.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Experience working with the adult population, particularly in a remote capacity, is highly valued. Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and tools will be considered a plus.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, depending on hours worked, experience, and clinical caseload. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus, direct weekly deposit, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
