Senior AI Solutions & Process Transformation Consultant Location: Open to remote/virtual working EST hours. Type: W-2 Contract (NO C2C) Contract: 12 months This is a W-2 contract opportunity, and candidates must be able to work on our W-2 only.

Programming experience, preferably Python, for AI development, prototyping, automation, data analysis, or integration support. Position Summary Residential Solutions is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Process Transformation Consultant to identify, design, build, and implement AI-enabled business solutions. This contractor will partner with the AI Portfolio & Product Lead and business stakeholders to assess processes, prioritize opportunities, design future-state workflows, build practical solutions, and support deployment and adoption.

The ideal candidate combines process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, hands-on AI execution, data science, and technical AI development experience using approved enterprise technologies. Primary Responsibilities Partner with the AI Portfolio & Product Lead to evaluate, prioritize, roadmap, and deliver Residential Solutions AI opportunities. Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and process reviews to identify AI, automation, workflow, and decision-support opportunities.

Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows, process maps, decision logic, requirements, MVPs, and pilot plans. Configure, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using approved tools, including copilots, AI agents, automations, prompts, business rules, and integrations. Apply Python, machine learning, AI frameworks, cloud services, and data science techniques to support prototyping, analytics, model development, and solution evaluation.

Lead pilot deployments, support user acceptance testing, coordinate with technology teams/vendors, track risks and dependencies, and measure adoption and business value. Create reusable templates, accelerators, training materials, and lessons learned to strengthen repeatable AI delivery for Residential Solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of AI, machine learning, or data science experience. Experience delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions from concept through deployment. Programming experience, preferably Python, for AI development, prototyping, automation, data analysis, or integration support.

Experience with machine learning model development and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar tools. Experience with AWS or related cloud services supporting AI, machine learning, data processing, or deployment. Advanced data science experience, including data exploration, model evaluation, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or intelligent decision support.

Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Desired Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI agents, or similar automation tools. Experience with low-code/no-code configuration, workflow automation, Agile delivery, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, or utility industry initiatives.

Success Measures AI solutions implemented, adopted, and scaled. Reduction in manual effort and improved productivity or operational efficiency. Speed from opportunity identification to pilot or deployment.
