Position summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Consultant / Senior Business Operations Analyst to lead operational assessments that identify opportunities for significant financial and operational improvement.

This is not a traditional business analyst role. It is a client-facing consulting position that combines operational analysis, financial evaluation, project leadership, executive communication, and team management. The successful candidate serves as the operational leader for consulting engagements while working directly with executive leadership teams to develop practical solutions that improve business performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead operational assessments from project kickoff through executive presentation.
  • Analyze business operations to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop financial analyses that quantify operational improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare executive presentations and communicate recommendations to CEOs and senior leadership teams.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Business Analysts and Implementation Specialists during client engagements.
  • Review analytical work to ensure quality, accuracy, and meaningful business impact.
  • Manage project schedules, engagement documentation, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive clients and support the successful transition from assessment into implementation.
Qualifications
  • Experience in management consulting, operational excellence, business transformation, or performance improvement consulting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial operations, supply chain, distribution, or related operating environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze operational and financial data and develop actionable recommendations.
