Field Sales Representative

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Location: Grantsville, MD

Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to help grow a new last-mile delivery partner network. In this role, you'll recruit local businesses, build community relationships, and guide qualified partners through the application process.

This is a field-based position with travel throughout the Grantsville area and surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and visit local businesses within the assigned territory.
  • Present and promote the delivery partner program.
  • Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data in Salesforce.
  • Support local recruiting events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Build relationships with chambers of commerce, local organizations, and referral partners.
  • Manage follow-up activities and provide excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process.
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
  • Outside or field sales experience preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and travel throughout the territory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment

This role is primarily field-based, with 3–4 days per week spent visiting businesses and attending community events. The remaining time is spent working remotely, managing leads, updating Salesforce, and conducting follow-up activities. You'll work closely with a Field Manager while enjoying the independence of managing your own territory.

This is a Contract position based out of Grantsville, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
