  • Develop and refine investor messaging, Q&A, presentation materials, SEC filings, earnings or corporate update materials, investor conference materials, and other external communications.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for investors and sell-side analysts, helping ensure timely, accurate, consistent, and Regulation FD-compliant communications.
  • Translate complex scientific, clinical, regulatory, competitive, and financial information into clear investor-facing narratives tailored to public market audiences.
  • Monitor investor sentiment, analyst commentary, trading dynamics, peer company disclosures, competitive developments, sector trends, and relevant clinical or regulatory catalysts.
  • Prepare briefing materials for executive leadership ahead of investor meetings, conferences, roadshows, analyst calls, and other external engagements.
  • Help maintain and enhance the company's investor materials, including the corporate presentation, investor website content, fact sheets, event calendars, and FAQ documents.

  • Maintain strong command of Jade's programs, target indications, competitive landscape, upcoming milestones, and key investor diligence topics.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of related experience with 5 to 8+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology investor relations, sell-side equity research, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, corporate communications, or a related capital markets role.
  • Prior experience as a sell-side biotechnology or healthcare research associate, or comparable experience developing public equity research, investor materials, or clinical-stage company analysis, is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of public biotechnology company dynamics, including clinical development milestones, regulatory pathways, financing strategy, investor expectations, peer benchmarking, and disclosure considerations.
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated scientific and clinical concepts clearly to institutional investors and analysts, while maintaining scientific accuracy and appropriate caveats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to create polished investor-facing materials, briefing documents, Q&A, and executive talking points.
