Job Description:

A motivated and detail-oriented Senior Specialist in Investor Relations will play a key role in executing the investor communications strategy for Missile Solutions ahead of and post Initial Public Offering (IPO). This unique position is directly involved in the process of taking the Missile Solutions business public, which is slated for the second half of 2026, and ultimately creating quarterly earnings materials, engaging with investors and sell-side analysts, supporting investor conferences, and contributing to Board materials and other communication strategies post IPO. The role offers high visibility with direct interaction with company leaders. A strong passion for finance, communications, and investing is essential for success in this role.

Essential Functions:

  • Preparation of quarterly earnings reports, investor presentations, transcripts & materials, and press releases
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment
  • Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows
  • Provide detailed analysis and feedback on investor and analyst reports to senior management
  • Manage and update investor relations content on the company website and social media channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications
  • Support the execution of the investor relations strategy in line with corporate objectives
  • Up to 25% travel 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.

 

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience with financial modeling and analysis
  • Familiarity with SEC regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and IR-specific software
  • Willingness to provide support outside of regular business hours
  • Experience in the defense industry

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $88,000 - $164,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $76,500 - $141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
