Head of / Director of Partnerships job opening, Hybrid remote USA, where you will be the architect and relationship builder driving the firm's most strategic alliances.You'll identify, develop, and manage partnerships with family offices, private banks, institutional investors, DeFi protocols, and high-growth technology ventures, creating synergistic opportunities that enhance AUM growth and expand the firm's market influence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a global partnership strategy aligned with the Group's mission, growth targets, and investment frameworks.
  • Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with institutional investors, digital asset funds, and key ecosystem partners.
  • Structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value across trading, AI, and digital asset initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Investment, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure partner integration and success.
  • Represent the company at select global events, conferences, and summits, promoting the brand's authority in AI, Web3, and DeFi.
  • Lead a small, high-impact team responsible for partnership operations, analytics, and communications.
Ideal Background
  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, investor relations, or strategic alliances within financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Deep understanding of crypto, XRP, blockchain, DeFi, or digital wealth platforms.
  • A proven track record of building and closing high-value partnership deals (>$50 million+).
