Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Last Mile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team in the aftermarket auto parts industry. The Last Mile Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery operations, specializing in last mile delivery. The primary responsibility will be to optimize and oversee the final stage of the supply chain, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to end customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of logistics management practices, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

  • Last Mile Strategy:
    • Develop and implement last mile delivery strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction.
    • Analyze market trends and technological advancements to stay ahead in last mile logistics.
  • Network Optimization:
    • Collaborate with transportation providers, carriers, and third-party logistics partners to establish and maintain a reliable last mile delivery network.
    • Optimize route planning, considering factors such as traffic, delivery windows, and fuel efficiency.
  • Technology Integration:
    • Leverage logistics technology, such as route optimization software and tracking systems, to enhance real-time visibility and control over the last mile operations.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate last mile delivery performance.
    • Regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
