The work setting for this role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth methodologies to reach clients effectively. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs through telehealth platforms, ensuring comprehensive and personalized treatment planning.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services via telehealth to individuals, families, and groups, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, which includes case managers, licensed psychiatrists, and group therapy facilitators, to craft coordinated care strategies that align with each client’s unique needs.
• Provide crisis intervention to clients facing severe emotional distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and crisis management skills.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational events to raise awareness about mental health issues and promote the services provided by Apollo Health Care Center.

This position focuses on serving a diverse clientele, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and mental health conditions. Our clients may experience challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, to severe mental illnesses requiring attentive and compassionate care. The ideal counselor will demonstrate cultural competence to build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• Possess a Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing the ability to create and maintain therapeutic relationships.
• A deep understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivity when interacting with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate record-keeping and time management.

• Experience working in community mental health settings.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or mental health education programs.

• Attractive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
