As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs.

Your work will primarily consist of helping stable, low-acuity clients who benefit from therapy focused on coping strategies, stress management, and life transitions. By providing therapy via a remote platform, you will ensure that mental health resources are accessible to a broader audience, including those with transportation barriers or scheduling conflicts. To be successful in this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida, with no disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interactions with clients, families, and administrative staff.
• Ability to work independently and creatively while managing your own caseload.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Experience working with a diverse client population and managing your own caseload effectively.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Additional state certifications or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or cognitive-behavioral therapy are considered a plus.
