Job description

Company Description
Nexthink is the global leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management software. We provide IT leaders with unprecedented insight, allowing them to see, diagnose, and fix issues at scale impacting employees anywhere, with any application or network-often before employees even notice.
As the first solution to enable a shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive optimization, Nexthink empowers over 1,300 customers to provide superior digital experiences to more than 18 million employees. Dual-headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland and Boston, Massachusetts, we operate with 9 offices and over 1,200 employees across 5 continents.
Job Description
Nexthink's Revenue Acceleration team is building a world-class enablement function to support ~400 GTM reps across seven distinct roles in the US, EMEA, META, and APAC. We're hiring a Senior Enablement Manager to own the most foundational piece of that system: how new reps ramp.
This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who can operate with significant autonomy - diagnosing what's broken, designing what's better, and driving execution across a complex, global organization. You'll own Nexthink's end-to-end ramp program from day-one orientation through confirmed productivity, and you'll hold the accountability and influence to make it genuinely excellent.
What You Will Own
Ramp Program Architecture & Execution
  • Redesign and own Nexthink's onboarding experience end-to-end - from pre-hire welcome through first deal close - across all GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, CSMs, SEs, and beyond)
  • Build a structured ramp curriculum that sequences product knowledge, competitive positioning, sales methodology, tool proficiency, and deal execution into a coherent rep journey
  • Define and track time-to-productivity benchmarks by role; use data to continuously improve ramp outcomes
  • Ensure new hires reach competency faster and retain it longer

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Revenue Acceleration, Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure onboarding reflects current GTM motion
  • Partner with hiring managers and frontline leaders to align onboarding to real-world workflow, not just slide decks
  • Coordinate with the broader enablement team on content governance, tool access, and methodology alignment so new reps are set up consistently from day one

Productivity Agenda
  • Own the strategic view of what "ready to sell" means at Nexthink and keep that definition current as the product, market, and competitive landscape evolve
  • Identify and close gaps between what new reps learn in onboarding and what they actually need in the field
  • Champion rep readiness in leadership forums; bring data and recommendations, not just observations

Qualifications
  • 6+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM learning & development - ideally at a B2B SaaS company with a complex enterprise sales motion
  • Demonstrated ownership of a full ramp or onboarding program, including redesign from a prior state
  • Strong cross-functional operator: comfortable working across Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps without a heavy process to lean on
  • Analytical mindset - can define what "good" looks like, instrument it, and iterate from evidence
  • Excellent facilitator and communicator; can run a training session and write a tight exec summary with equal confidence
  • Experience with modern GTM tools (Seismic, Gong or equivalent CI, Salesforce/CRM, LMS platforms)
  • Comfortable working across time zones; EMEA and META exposure is a plus
  • A builder mentality - this role involves creating structure where there isn't enough of it yet

Additional Information
