As an LICSW at Calm Space Counseling Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating comprehensive, personalized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client.
• Collaborating with a supportive remote team to establish and maintain a high standard of mental health care, contributing your insights and expertise in team meetings.
• Documenting patient interactions accurately and confidentially, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards while maintaining HIPAA regulations.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
