Landscape Crew Leader (Driver)

Schedule: 5-day work week (some Saturdays as needed)
Compensation: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)

Summary:
  • Lead and manage a landscape crew on job sites
  • Perform hands-on landscaping and maintenance work
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards
  • Communicate with customers and team members professionally
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a crew of 2–5 team members
  • Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, chainsaws, hand tools)
  • Read and interpret landscape designs, maps, and blueprints
  • Complete daily paperwork (hours, equipment, crew tracking)
  • Ensure jobs are completed within scheduled timeframes
  • Maintain safety and quality standards on all job sites
Requirements:
Desired Work Experience:
  • 3–5 years of landscaping experience required
  • Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Special Certifications Needed:
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license required
Additional Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of plant materials and landscaping practices
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment (riding mowers, walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, etc.)
