Senior UX Designer

Clozd

Lehi, UT โ€ข On-site, Remote

Full-time

Re-posted 3 days ago

Job description

Clozd is the leader inย Decision Intelligence, helping companies uncover the truth by capturing direct feedback throughout the customer journey.

We believe most revenue organizations are operating without the full picture. CRM and call data only tell part of the story. Clozd delivers the missing truth layerโ€”giving executives the insights they need to improve win rates, retention, and growth.
ย
We need team members who can tackle ambiguity, solve complex problems, and delight customers. We hire dynamic employees who take initiative, find ways to simplify and scale, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, value humility and learning, crave a fast-paced startup environment and never compromise their integrity.

As a senior designer, you will own the end-to-end user experience and design system at Clozd. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you'll set the UX vision and work directly with product managers, engineers, and our cross-functional leadership team to execute against it. In this role, you will need to operate at multiple levels: be a thought leader on UX Strategy while also owning mockups, designs, and prototypes for individual features and initiatives.ย

Our Preference is fully on-site in our Lehi, Utah office, but we are open to hybrid or remote for the right candidate.

What Youโ€™ll Own and Do
  • UX vision: Help define, communicate, and implement a cohesive vision for the product user experience that will help our clients easily achieve their goals and help Clozd meet our business objectives.

  • Design system: Maintain and expand a comprehensive design system for Clozd including styles, components, information architecture, and user flows. Ensure that our design system allows our team to scale quickly while maintaining consistency across our platform and new products.

  • AI adoption: Create and maintain AI tools and systems that automate the design process at Clozd so our product and engineering teams can move quickly. Be an expert on the best practices for using AI in design.

  • User and market research: Deeply understand our clients and target personas. Conduct primary and secondary research (e.g., usability tests, customer interviews, design reviews) to inform every stage of the design and product development lifecycle. Use data to set strategy and make decisions. Know everything about key product and design trends in our industry and competitive landscape.

Key Skills
  • A scrappy, ownership-driven mindset. You thrive in a startup environment where youโ€™re building the plane while flying it.

  • Strong written and verbal communication. You can present your work, explain your rationale, and influence without authority. We feel confident putting you in front of cross-functional leaders and clients.

  • Strong opinions, loosely held. You are willing to speak up and push back when you have an opinion (even if itโ€™s not something you own), but youโ€™re willing to be flexible and adapt to changing information and circumstances.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B software

  • A strong portfolio showing work designing and shipping end-to-end products

  • Experience designing enterprise-grade software, AI-enabled features, and zero-to-one products

  • Proficiency with Figma (design system management, prototyping, component architecture)

  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate design workโ€”whether thatโ€™s generating UI concepts, creating prototypes, writing copy, or automating repetitive tasks

  • Comfort working directly with engineers and cross-functional teams

Benefits
  • Competitive compensation (i.e. salary, bonus, 401k, and equity)ย
  • Majority of medical, dental, disability, life, and other insurance paid
  • Unlimited PTO with a boss that encourages taking time off and using PTO to recharge
  • 10 paid holidays and company shutdown between Christmas and New Years
  • Weekly catered lunches, stocked kitchens, quarterly company/department activities, maternity/paternity leave, EAP program, etc.ย
