The Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial landscape, hardscape and masonry projects ranging from $500K to $5M. You'll own projects from kickoff to closeout — managing crews, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships — while working alongside a talented operations team that has your back. This is a high-impact role with real ownership, competitive pay, and room to grow.

Compensation & Benefits

-Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)

-Performance Bonus based on project and company results

-Health benefits, PTO, holidays and additional perks discussed during the interview process

-Company provided work truck

Key Result Areas

-Lead and manage commercial hardscape/masonry projects from groundbreaking to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec

-Manage and mentor superintendents, team leads, and crew members on active job sites

-Read and interpret blueprints and plans; execute projects as specified

-Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors

-Monitor job site progress and quality; inspect and direct labor of team members and subcontractors

-Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with estimating and supply chain

-Identify and negotiate change orders to protect project profitability

-Ensure all crew members comply with safety regulations and PPE requirements at all times

-Submit regular project updates to VP of Operations

-Assist in estimating, contract acquisition, and business development activities

-Evaluate team member performance and recommend merit increases and promotions

-Participate in regularly scheduled project review meetings

-Participate in snow removal activites during winter months

Skills, Knowledge, & Aptitudes

-Expertise in hardscape & landscape construction; i.e., concrete pavers, rock walls, & site concrete

-Expertise in softscapes; i.e., irrigation, soils, mulches, trees, shrubs, annuals, & ornamental grasses

-Ability to read and interpret plans/blueprints
