Compensation

Salary: $20-$25 per hour
$10/Hour Snow Removal Bonus

Responsibilities
  • Lead and work alongside a maintenance team of 2-3 members to provide professionally mowed lawns.
  • Identify additional horticulture needs at customer sites and communicate these to supervisors.
  • Ensure the team stays on schedule and completes routes in a timely manner while maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform daily maintenance of equipment, including cleaning, sharpening, and changing blades, greasing mowers, and reporting major mechanical issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the assigned vehicle, both inside and out.
  • Accurately log activities and tasks in landscape management software (LMN).
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year  professional landscape maintenance experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driving record and insurability by company insurance is a plus.
  • Availability for snow maintenance during winter months.
  • Ability to identify common landscape plants, pests, and weeds.
  • Experience with LMN or similar mobile time tracking applications is beneficial.
  • Pesticide applicator's permit is a plus.
