POSITION SUMMARY

This position is for a Landscape Foreman to work in our Plymouth, MA location Landscape Foreman is tasked with leading and managing a crew in executing a variety of landscaping projects that enhance and maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of residential and commercial properties. This role encompasses a broad range of activities including planting, pruning, trimming, and conducting both spring and fall cleanups. As a key point of contact on-site, the Foreman is responsible for ensuring that all landscaping tasks are performed efficiently, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
The Foreman's duties involve meticulous planning and preparation for each project, direct supervision of one to two crew members, and rigorous adherence to safety protocols. Additionally, this position requires the use of the ClockShark timekeeping system to accurately log work hours and job details, facilitating effective communication and operational efficiency. The Landscape Foreman must possess a blend of horticultural knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proficiency with modern technology used in project reporting and tracking.
Key responsibilities include providing clear instructions, promoting a safe work environment, interacting professionally with clients, and fostering team development.
