• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with the team to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on best practices and mental health research.

You will provide counseling services to a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals experiencing mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arizona.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to establish rapport with a varied clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technology is a plus.
