  • Support Brand design needs as business priorities require.

  • Actively participate in group discussions and brainstorming sessions; be fully engaged, provide value, and stay solutions-oriented.
  • Build strong relationships with fellow members of the Creative Team; share your ideas generously, support fellow team members as necessary, and celebrate their victories.

Project Management:

  • Work on  multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets within deadlines.
  • Adhere to all production processes, and help determine ways to improve current processes and/or create new ones.
  • Embrace AI tools with proactive curiosity, exploring and finding time-saving solutions that you can share with the team.
  • Take ownership in all your projects; be proactive in finding solutions to keep moving them forward
  • Ensure all projects are on brand and compliant to regulatory and legal requirements.

Advertising Strategy & Innovation:

  • Immerse yourself in each advertising channel to understand the targeting, user mindset, competitive landscape, and best practices. Harness these insights to craft powerful, channel-specific creative that resonates with users and drives results.
  • Lead the charge in digital design innovation by staying ahead of current trends, pinpointing test-worthy opportunities, and spearheading discussions to cultivate creative hypotheses for rigorous testing.

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience designing direct response creative; emails, digital ads, landing pages, and other digital acquisition user experiences.
  • An online portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative, ideally including email and brand design as well as other direct response examples.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite & Google Suite.
  • Experience using AI tools to increase efficiency and output volume.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to produce high volumes of work efficiently in a remote team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: especially the ability to articulate your creative choices to a non-creative audience.
  • Familiarity with online marketing performance KPI and metrics and how to understand them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on a performance creative team in a highly iterative testing culture
  • Experience in financial services or another highly regulated industry
