Job description

Benefits and Pay

  • Join our team and enjoy competitive pay starting at $20 per hour during training and increasing to $25 per hour after your training month. We offer time-and-a-half pay for overtime, major holidays off, generous time off, and performance bonuses. Pay is W2 and weekly. Daily lunches and drinks are provided, along with a gas allowance to support your work-related travel. Starting you will need to have your own truck then after 6-12 months, you will receive a company truck to enhance your efficiency on the job.

  • We are a Christian based company out of Gilbert that specializes in Landscape Construction and Renovation. Our projects include installations of Pavers, Artificial Grass, Travertine, Irrigation, Masonry and planting to create superior landscape designs. We pride ourselves on taking the time necessary to deliver high-quality results to meeting safety standards and fostering collaboration among our team. The majority of our work is located in the east valley mostly in Chandler and Gilbert but we do service valley wide.

  • We are looking for a Bilingual trustworthy and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and oversee our landscape construction projects. This role is ideal for individuals with proven supervisory experience in landscape construction or related outdoor projects, a sharp eye for quality control, and hands-on construction skills. Excellent leadership qualities such as communication, patience and a commitment to safety are essential, along with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.

Duties

Crew Management:

  • Supervise and lead landscape construction crews to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines while fostering a positive team environment.

Material Delivery and Waste Disposal:

  • Frequently run trailers to bring necessary materials to job sites when needed as well as manage the proper disposal of waste to various landfills to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Resource Coordination:

  • Ensure that crews have all necessary tools, materials, and equipment to successfully complete their tasks, and get additional items as needed to facilitate project continuity.

Hands-On Leadership and Quality Control:

  • Actively engage on-site to guide crews, monitor work quality, and uphold company standards for craftsmanship and safety.

Client Communication:

  • Maintain communication with clients at jobsites to ensure that expectations are met, project updates are provided, and any concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

Proactive Problem Solving:

  • Identify potential issues before they arise and implement effective solutions to prevent disruptions and ensure the smooth execution of projects.
