What is a remote land agent?

A Remote Land Agent is a professional who manages the acquisition, sale, or leasing of land and property while working from a remote location, rather than a traditional office. They negotiate land deals, conduct market research, and handle documentation, often using digital tools and virtual communication. Remote Land Agents typically interact with landowners, buyers, sellers, and regulatory bodies. Their work can include site assessments via satellite imagery, managing contracts, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. This role is common in industries like real estate, energy, and agriculture where land transactions are frequent.
