• Maintain a thorough understanding of local market conditions, permitting requirements, and renewable energy industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting solar and/or battery energy storage (BESS) development projects.
• Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes, title research, easements, leases, and real estate transactions.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with landowners and community stakeholders.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating renewable energy land agreements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest as project needs require.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy development.
• Familiarity with GIS mapping tools, title software, or county land record systems.
• Knowledge of state and local permitting requirements related to renewable energy projects.
