Position Overview:

The RPM Manager oversees daily operations of the Remote Patient Monitoring program, ensuring high-quality patient care, strong patient engagement, and compliance with clinical and billing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee patient enrollments and disenrollments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper patient education
  • Manage patient engagement initiatives, including text campaigns, call lists, and outreach workflows
  • Conduct daily audits of coordinator performance (documentation, vitals review, time tracking, and billing metrics)
  • Monitor urgent and out-of-range vitals and ensure appropriate escalation protocols are followed
  • Lead biweekly performance check-ins and track coordinator KPIs
  • Collaborate with leadership on staffing, performance, and program improvements
  • Manage RPM devices, vendor communication (e.g., Tenovi), and support tickets
  • Oversee device inventory, returns, and redistribution
  • Supervise staff, including timecards, PTO, performance reviews, and coaching
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, and clinic teams to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure all daily tasks and reporting are completed

Qualifications:

  • Required: Medical Assistant (MA) certification or diploma from an accredited program (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
  • Experience in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), healthcare operations, or a primary care setting
  • Strong understanding of compliance, clinical documentation, and vital sign monitoring/review
  • Proven leadership experience managing staff in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma required
