We are actively seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our compassionate and culturally aware team at Constant Support Psychotherapy Services. This full-time remote role operates within an outpatient setting. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility necessary to accommodate the schedules of our patients. All services are delivered from a supportive virtual office, ensuring your work-life balance while still being fully engaged with our clients' needs.

• Conduct in-depth, culturally-sensitive mental health assessments to gain a detailed understanding of each patient's unique background and psychological needs.
• Develop and implement individualized evidence-based therapeutic interventions, carefully adapting approaches based on each client’s cultural and personal context.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, effectively addressing mental health challenges and promoting resilience among patients.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate a comprehensive, coordinated care plan for each patient.
• Administer crisis intervention strategies during times of emergency, offering immediate support and direction to clients in distress.
• Educate clients and families regarding mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and records in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in case conferences, team meetings, and cultural competency training.
• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and cultural considerations in therapeutic settings.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in Tennessee is essential.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapeutic practices.
• Experience in providing individual and group therapy through culturally responsive methods is highly regarded.
• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain calm and effective communication in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in establishing trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications.
• Commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
• Ability to function well as part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team.

• Prior experience working with culturally diverse populations or specific communities such as refugees and LGBTQ+ clients.
• Familiarity with specific treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care practices.
• Evidence of active participation in continued education or professional development related to mental health.
