Job description

We're a Boutique Staffing Firm looking for Remote Recruiters

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct phone, video, and virtual interviews.

  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.

  • Develop and post job advertisements across multiple platforms.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

  • Experience using ATS and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for multiple industries or high-volume hiring.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Familiarity with virtual interviewing tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
