Role: Experienced Sales Designer - Kitchen and Bath
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
  • Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM
  • Saturday, 9 AM - 2 PM (Every other week, offset other hours during the week)
  • Evenings as needed for events and client meetings
  • Overnight/travel occasionally for training and corporate events
  • Remote work until showroom construction is complete

What Youll Do
  • Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutions
  • Meet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 Design
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performance
  • Participate in company training and development programs
  • Staff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)
  • Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networking
Your Experience & Skills
  • 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience required
  • Proficient in 2020 Design Software
  • Outgoing, proactive, and professional demeanor
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Construction experience preferred but not required
  • Solid math and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
