What does a senior kitchen and bath designer do?

A Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer is a specialized professional who creates functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom spaces. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, create detailed plans, and select appropriate materials, fixtures, and finishes. Senior designers often oversee projects from initial consultation through installation, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that the final result meets quality standards and client expectations. Their expertise includes space planning, knowledge of building codes, and staying current with design trends and new products.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a senior kitchen and bath designer, and why are they important?
