In your role as an LMFT, you will be integral to our clinical team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting both individual and couple’s therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, medical stresses, and difficulties associated with blended families.
• Facilitating effective communication among family members, helping to rebuild relationships and resolve conflicts.
• Creating treatment plans that address each client's specific circumstances and goals.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of sessions in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to ongoing organizational improvement.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Your focus will be on holistic treatment methods, addressing the psychological and emotional needs of individuals while also nurturing family dynamics. To ensure successful integration into our team, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
