In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients, couples therapy, and family therapy to address various mental health issues.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatments to help clients overcome challenges related to alcoholism, physical or psychological abuse, grief, and loss.
• Facilitating effective conflict resolution among family members and providing interventions for blended families dealing with issues such as remarriage and adjustment to separation or divorce.
• Implementing strategies to improve communication skills among family members and addressing job-related stress and medical issues impacting mental health.
• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that promote overall well-being.

Your work directly impacts a diverse clientele, ranging from adults and couples to children and adolescents. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will allow you to cater to various issues affecting families, such as conflicts among siblings, mother-daughter dynamics, and blended family challenges. As you maintain focus on each client's unique needs, your contribution will support the clinic’s overarching goal of enhancing quality of life for individuals and families.

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A robust passion for patient care and a commitment to maintaining clinical excellence.

• Proven experience in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
