Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments that involve gathering detailed patient histories and identifying the individual needs of clients to create customized treatment plans.
  • Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress and recovery.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring clients' rights and privacy are upheld.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care approaches and integrated treatment plans.
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care delivered to clients.
  • Provide education and resources to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and how to access community support services.
