The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children participating in the resort's Kids Club program. This role involves supervising activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children, and providing exceptional service to families staying at the resort. The Kids Club Attendant helps plan and facilitate games, crafts, and other recreational activities while maintaining a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children participating in Kids Club activities and ensure their safety at all times
• Lead and assist with organized games, arts and crafts, educational activities, and outdoor recreation
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environment for children of varying ages
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out procedures for children
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding activities and any concerns
• Assist with setting up, organizing, and cleaning activity areas and materials
• Ensure Kids Club spaces remain clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
• Encourage participation and positive interaction among children
• Provide excellent guest service and represent the resort in a friendly, professional manner

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, camp, recreation, or educational setting preferred
• Energetic, friendly, and patient personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to supervise groups of children and manage activities safely
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and actively participate in children's activities for extended periods
• Ability to lift or move activity equipment and supplies when needed

Work Environment

This position operates in both indoor and outdoor recreation areas within the resort. The Kids Club Attendant should be comfortable working in a lively environment with children and families.
