Kids Peace Wellness Center is actively seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team in a full-time capacity. The successful candidates will be instrumental in working with diverse populations to deliver comprehensive mental health services and evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs. This remote working position allows for a flexible yet structured schedule, primarily from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. While the majority of your time will be spent working independently from your home or preferred workspace, you will remain an integral part of a supportive outpatient team, engaged in regular consultations and team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to devise personalized treatment plans.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), customized to meet each client's unique challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.
• Engage in ongoing education through regular case consultations, peer reviews, and staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health practices.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources available to facilitate recovery and well-being.

At Kids Peace Wellness Center, you will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Your role will focus on helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological hurdles, providing them with the tools and support necessary to thrive both personally and socially.

• A completed Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and adaptability in your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills necessary for navigating complex patient scenarios.

While all applicants are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings, familiarity with teletherapy practices, and those with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be preferred.
