  • Provide updates to executive leadership regarding client relationships, project performance, growth opportunities, and potential concerns.
  • Mentor and support project managers and technical staff as needed.
  • Maintain familiarity with federal procurement processes, DoD programs, and contracting requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, client management, federal programs, or DoD-related projects.
  • Military experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting and Department of Defense programs.
  • Experience leading client development efforts and strategic pursuits within the A/E/C or federal consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more as required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

What We Offer:
We provide a collaborative and growth-focused environment where business development and client management professionals play a key role in expanding strategic partnerships and supporting impactful federal projects.
