• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to pinpoint patients’ needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to facilitate progress.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse clientele, which may include techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring a bespoke approach to healing.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups targeting common mental health concerns, thereby promoting community building and shared experiences among participants.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing both mental and physical health needs.
• Provide expert crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute episodes, ensuring immediate support and resources.
