Job Title: Customer Service / Benefits Verification Representative
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract)
Pay Rate: $13.50/Hr on W-2
Shift: Flexible schedule (24/7 environment, including holidays & weekends)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, performance-driven Benefits Verification Representative to support CVS Specialty pharmacy services. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service by verifying insurance coverage for new and existing patients, ensuring complex prescription orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Case Processing: Verify patient insurance benefits, managing a target volume of at least 8 cases per hour.
  • Communication: Conduct outbound and inbound calls with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance carriers.
  • SLA Compliance: Meet daily productivity and quality targets to ensure strict alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain high attention to detail and analytical accuracy while navigating multiple software programs and screens simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Background in Customer Service, BPO, Call Center, or Healthcare Operations.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills; excellent problem-solving and grasping abilities.
  • Tech Savvy: Computer literate with the ability to multitask across different platforms while on live calls.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work in a 24/7 flexible environment (including weekends/holidays) and sign a standard company service agreement.
