Job description

Required Technical Skills & Experience (5–6 Years) 
 5–6 years of experience in AWS-based application development, including IVR/telephony systems 
 Strong experience with Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Queues, Routing Profiles, Hours of Operation) 
 Experience building resilient IVR solutions with proper failure handling, retries, and fallback logic 
 Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (modular code, environment management, and deployments) 
 Proficiency in AWS Lambda (Node.js or Python) and serverless architecture patterns 
 Experience designing and integrating APIs for IVR workflows 
 Solid experience with DynamoDB data modeling and access patterns 
 Experience with Amazon Lex or similar conversational bot integrations 
 Strong understanding of distributed system behaviors (timeouts, retries, partial failures) 
 Experience with secure configuration using AWS Secrets Manager and/or Parameter Store 
 Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments 
 Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging using CloudWatch or similar tools
