Aspire is excited to announce an opening for an Enterprise Sales Manager. Aspire is aggressive in growth and looking for a dynamic individual to sell Aspire's business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective landscape and janitorial customers. This position will play an invaluable role in the company's overall growth strategy focusing on enterprise clients in a growing market.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Develop a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture with strong rigor around pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business.
  • Reinforce and elevate a culture rooted in quota achievement, customer-centricity, and strong cross-departmental collaboration
  • Provide ongoing training to elevate product knowledge, objection handling, territory management, and consultative selling skills.
  • Manage forecasting, territory planning, and growth targets while ensuring high-quality CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.
  • Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in our CRM.
  • Support reps in high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
  • Occasionally, attend an industry-specific tradeshows to generate leads.
  • Travel may be needed.
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and related prospect information in our CRM.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including at least 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).
  • Experience in SAAS or ERP sales is highly preferred.
  • Possess a solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale is highly important.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the landscaping, or trades, industry is highly preferred.

Our headquarters is located in Chesterfield in St. Louis County; however, some local positions will be remote until the time is right to return to the office while other roles are more office-based. Fully remote employees will stay remote."

We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $157,500 USD - $168,600 USD, and this position is commission-eligible. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
