What is remote IVF coverage?

Remote IVF coverage refers to health insurance or benefit plans that provide financial support for in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments, allowing individuals to access consultations and some aspects of care remotely, such as virtual appointments and telemedicine. This coverage can include diagnostic testing, medication, and coordination with fertility clinics, often reducing the need for in-person visits. Employers and insurance providers are increasingly offering remote IVF coverage to improve accessibility and convenience for patients, especially those who live far from fertility centers. Coverage details, including what is included and any eligibility requirements, vary by provider and plan.
