Job description

Sigital is seeking an experienced, ServiceNow Technical Consultant/Developer in Committed Capacity that will play a key role in delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions by handling configuration, scripting, and trouble shooting tasks across one or more client accounts. This role supports the technical direction set by Senior team members and Technical Leads, while offering the opportunity to independently contribute to scoped work items and client engagements.
Salary Range- $110K-$130K (depending on experience and certifications)
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and features according to defined requirements.
• Participate in client calls to gather technical requirements and clarify scope.
• Perform scripting (client/server side), form design, flow/workflow creation and data imports as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Consultants and Technical Leads to deliver complete solutions.
• Document technical work and development stories and adhere to ServiceNow and internal development standards.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and resolve issues in client instances.
• Assist in scoping and estimating works with support from senior team members.
• Contribute to the continual growth and development of the Committed Capacity team.
• Continue learning through certifications, micro-certs, and internal mentorship.
Must be a US Citizen
ServiceNow Certifications Requirements:
• 1-2 years of hands-on ServiceNow Experience
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• 3+ micro-certification
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (e.g.,ITSM, ITOM, ITAM,etc)
• Ability to follow established development standards and best practices
• Solid communication and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to complete assigned work with minimal oversight
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skillset
