Job Description:
A big 4 SI is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM SME to join their team for a project with hands-on platform enhancements and governance for a major global ServiceNow expansion (US, Canada, Japan, Australia). This role serves as the key on-site technical SME in Columbus, mentoring client staff, advising leadership on platform maturity (including GenAI), and directing daily hand-offs with a 6-person offshore delivery team in India.
  • ServiceNow Experience: 5–8+ years of dedicated, hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Core Technical Expertise: Advanced Glide scripting, scoped apps, enterprise integrations, CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
  • Leadership & On-Site Presence: Strong consultative communication skills to mentor teams, engage client stakeholders, and direct offshore work.
