What Youll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for IT/Technical roles within Healthcare Technology
  • Partner closely with our internal account team to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
  • Source, qualify, and place high-caliber candidates in a competitive market
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using ATS, CRM tools, and proactive sourcing strategies
  • Consistently meet and exceed recruiting metrics and performance goals
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience


What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of Technical/IT recruiting experience (preferred)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
