• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to fully understand clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Provide effective individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), focusing on measurable outcomes and client progress.
• Engage in collaborative goal-setting with clients, helping them articulate their therapeutic objectives and monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Offer flexible teletherapy options for clients who may prefer or require virtual sessions due to geographical constraints or personal preferences, ensuring accessible care is a priority.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical practices and regulatory standards in mental health care.
• Stay engaged in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, attending conferences, and accessing resources to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about innovative therapeutic practices.

Your role will involve serving a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. • Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach are critical for understanding and supporting clients through their challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance caseloads and administrative duties.

Experience working in a telehealth environment is a plus, as it will enable you to effectively manage virtual sessions and adapt therapeutic strategies for online engagement. Previous work with a diverse client base is also advantageous, allowing for more nuanced therapeutic interventions and understanding of different cultural perspectives.
