Professionals in roles that require a high degree of isolation, such as remote workers or those in field-based positions, often face challenges related to limited social interaction and communication with colleagues. This can lead to feelings of loneliness and may require proactive strategies to stay connected with the team and maintain motivation. Additionally, isolated roles can make it harder to access immediate support or feedback, so strong self-management and problem-solving skills are important.
