• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments that account for the patients' physical health conditions, facilitating a thorough understanding of their unique challenges.
• Create and implement personalized integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric issues and relevant medical conditions, ensuring each patient's needs are met.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s specific situation, enhancing therapeutic outcomes.
• Work in tandem with medical providers, fostering a coordinated care approach that optimizes treatment effectiveness and addresses all aspects of patient health.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, equipping patients with coping strategies and resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in adherence to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, ensuring integrity in documentation.

This role primarily emphasizes working with individuals facing complex challenges, including those with co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be crucial in helping patients navigate the intricacies of managing both their mental and physical health, thus contributing to an improved quality of life.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.
• Proven experience in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A strong commitment to upholding professional boundaries and adhering to ethical standards in practice.

• Experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred, with familiarity in using remote tools effectively to engage patients.
• Background in integrated care models that combine psychological and physical health approaches.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
