Utilizing telehealth technology, you will conduct therapy and assessments, ensuring that even geographically isolated clients receive the mental health support they need. • Supervise and coordinate the clinical care for a diverse caseload, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the specific psychological needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.
• Document treatment progress meticulously, creating detailed logs that inform ongoing treatment and adjustments as necessary.
• Employ strong assessment skills to collaborate with patients and their families, crafting effective intervention strategies.
• Address crisis situations with competence and compassion, providing immediate therapeutic interventions as required.
• Participate in the development and implementation of educational programs that enhance the understanding of mental health among patients and their families.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients possessing varying mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. This role emphasizes the importance of personalized care, ensuring treatment plans are closely aligned with the unique experiences and backgrounds of each individual.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is essential for this role.

While not mandatory, candidates with advanced degrees such as a Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Social Work will be viewed favorably. Experience in a telehealth environment is also advantageous, as it demonstrates familiarity with remote patient interactions.

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 135,000 annually, reflecting your level of experience and expertise. Additional compensation includes:

• A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
• Potential bonuses of up to $2,000 based on state licensure.
• Flexibility in scheduling, with the option to work between 5 to 40 hours per week as per your convenience.
