Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct video consultations with clients, utilizing our easy-to-use online platform.
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs and challenges.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues.
  • Equip clients with effective coping strategies and practical tools for personal growth and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate client records and treatment plans through our platform, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team when necessary to enhance treatment outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with stable adult clients who have low acuity needs. All clients are pre-screened, ensuring you are matched with individuals who are motivated and ready for therapy, creating a positive therapeutic environment. By connecting with clients in your licensed state(s), you’ll have the opportunity to make meaningful impacts on their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • Valid and independent state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • Proficiency in using technology, with strong computer literacy skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth or virtual counseling environments is a plus.
