We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Family Vacation & Theme Park Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning family-friendly vacations, including theme park trips, resort stays, and customized travel experiences. You'll research destinations, prepare quotes, and coordinate itineraries to ensure each trip is well-organized and tailored to the needs of families. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, organization, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend family vacation options, including theme parks, resorts, and activities
- Prepare and organize quotes, proposals, and detailed itineraries
- Communicate with clients to gather travel preferences and answer general inquiries
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and special requests
- Maintain accurate client records, reservations, and travel documentation
- Provide professional, timely service to ensure a smooth and enjoyable client experience
Requirements
