PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Assists with establishing, maintaining, and developing business and social relationships with customers and vendors to enhance the potential for achieving maximum profitability and growth
  • Prepares, proofreads, compiles and distributes quotes, proposals, and customer correspondence
  • Provides order processing for incoming customer orders and subsequent orders to vendors and suppliers
  • Follows up to ensure commitments are met
  • Processing of RMAs and all related activities associated with the RMA process
  • Proper management and analysis of assigned vending machines and reporting software including:
    • Maintain inventory accuracy in vending systems
    • Days of Supply
    • Set up and maintain Family/Category/Type for all items
    • Creating PO & Tags
    • Reviewing and adjusting min/max values
    • Creation of jobs and assignment of items to those jobs
    • Pricing accuracy
    • Part number entering & updating
    • Slow & Dead inventory
    • Assigning Bins
  • Expedites the prompt resolution of customer problems, questions, concerns and discrepancies.
  • Support of warehouse responsibilities as needed
  • Receive and put away all incoming inventory ensuring inventory accuracy is kept
  • Set up and delete bin locations for all in stock tooling managed
  • Perform all shipping functions (Maintain the quality and 100% accuracy of all incoming and outgoing shipments.)
  • Other assignments as needed or requested

STANDARDS FOR PERFORMANCE:
  • Maintain inventory levels to stay in-stock, but avoid overstock
  • Work with Customer to eliminate obsolete / dead inventory
  • Quote items as needed
  • Enter jobs and assign items as need to ensure inventory availability as needed
  • Zero out of stocks for assigned inventory locations

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Capable of bending, twisting, and squatting
  • High School Diploma or higher
